Okay, I'm theorizing that both boys have powers and one is the source of the powers and the other can use the powers. Since they're twins right? The only time that they've manifested was when they're together, and then as he's being tested at the Fortress, his powers were barely there. I'm hoping for that. Be really cool. Also he's grown on me, especially at the end of this episode when he realizes he's being a shit.
